Doug has a Bachelor’s in Administration of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science. Doug believes strongly in human potential and in giving everyone a chance to be themselves. Professionally, Doug’s background is in legal office administration and Human Resources. Doug has especially strong experience in workers’ compensation and employment issues surrounding ADA, EEOC, and Occupational Safety. Doug believes that everyone has something to offer, and always hopes to empower people to be and do their best.
